A More
Defined You.
EndoLift at Pure Radiance
A personalized, minimally invasive treatment option for appropriately selected patients seeking improvement in lower-face, jawline, under-chin or neck definition.
The concern you see isn’t always the whole story.
Patients often arrive describing something they notice in photographs or in profile. What they describe and what is causing it are not always the same thing.
- Fullness underneath the chin
- Lack of jawline definition
- Mild to moderate skin laxity
- Early jowling
- Lower-face heaviness
- Age-related changes around the jawline and neck
A concern that appears to be simply a “double chin” may actually involve several different things at once.
- 01Fat
- 02Skin Laxity
- 03Anatomy
- 04Early Jowling
- 05Loss of Definition
- 06A Combination
The right treatment begins with understanding what is actually causing the concern.
What is EndoLift?
EndoLift is a minimally invasive laser treatment in which laser energy is delivered beneath the skin using a very fine fiber. Treatment can be customized to specific areas based on your anatomy and goals.
Depending on what you need, EndoLift may be used to address localized fat while creating controlled thermal effects that support tissue contraction and collagen remodeling.

“EndoLift is a minimally invasive laser treatment that allows me to work underneath the skin. Depending on what you need, we can use it to address small areas of fat while also stimulating collagen and helping improve skin tightness and definition.
What I like about EndoLift is that I can customize the treatment to the patient. Some patients are more concerned about fullness underneath the chin, while others are more concerned about loose skin or their jawline. During your consultation, I look at what is actually causing the concern and determine whether EndoLift is the right option for you.”
How EndoLift works.
- 01
Beneath the Skin
A very fine laser fiber is introduced beneath the skin.
- 02
Targeted Treatment
Laser energy can be directed to specific areas based on anatomy and treatment goals.
- 03
Localized Fat, When Appropriate
EndoLift may be used to address small or localized areas of unwanted fat when clinically appropriate.
- 04
Tissue Response
Controlled thermal effects can support tissue contraction and collagen remodeling.
- 05
Progressive Change
Collagen remodeling continues after treatment, which is one reason results may continue developing over time.

Where Definition Meets Refinement
Pure Radiance currently uses EndoLift primarily for the following areas.
- 01Jawline
- 02Under Chin / Submental Area
- 03Lower Face
- 04Jowls
- 05Neck
Treatment areas and candidacy are determined during an individual consultation with Dr. Cynthia.
Is EndoLift Right for You?
Good candidates may include people with:
- Mild to moderate skin laxity
- Small or localized areas of unwanted fat
- Early jowling
- Reduced jawline definition
- Realistic expectations
- Interest in improvement without a traditional surgical facelift or neck lift
Age alone tells us very little.
There is no single age that determines candidacy. Anatomy, skin quality, degree of laxity, the amount and location of fat, medical history and your individual goals matter far more than age alone.
EndoLift is not appropriate for everyone.
It may not be the best option for significant skin laxity or for anatomy that would be better addressed surgically. Certain medical conditions, active infection or skin conditions, pregnancy or breastfeeding, bleeding or clotting concerns, and other medical circumstances may also affect candidacy.
The website cannot determine whether EndoLift is appropriate for you.
Dr. Cynthia evaluates candidacy individually based on your anatomy, goals and medical history.

Your EndoLift Experience
Plan for approximately one to two hours for the overall appointment, though treatment time varies based on the number and size of areas treated.
EndoLift at Pure Radiance does not require general anesthesia.
- 01
Consultation
Dr. Cynthia discusses your goals, concerns, medical history and anatomy, and evaluates whether EndoLift or another treatment approach may be appropriate.
- 02
Personalized Treatment Plan
Treatment areas and recommendations are individualized rather than standardized for every patient.
- 03
Preparation & Comfort
The treatment area is marked and prepared. Local anesthetic or numbing is used to help keep you comfortable.
- 04
Treatment
A very fine laser fiber is introduced beneath the skin to treat targeted areas. Patients may experience pressure, warmth, movement or mild discomfort during portions of the procedure.
- 05
Recovery
You receive individualized post-treatment instructions and begin the healing process.
- 06
Progressive Results
Changes may continue developing as healing progresses and collagen remodeling occurs.
Realistic expectations are part of good care.
EndoLift generally involves less downtime than traditional surgical procedures. It should not, however, be described as having zero downtime.
- Swelling
- Bruising
- Tenderness or Soreness
- Redness
- Tightness
- Temporary Sensitivity
The degree of swelling and bruising varies from patient to patient.
Many patients may return to normal daily activities relatively quickly, but social downtime varies based on swelling, bruising and the extent of treatment.
Results that continue to evolve.
- Stage 01Initial Change
- Stage 02Healing
- Stage 03Collagen Remodeling
- Stage 04Progressive Result
Some patients may notice initial changes relatively early, particularly in contour or tightness. EndoLift results are best described as progressive rather than immediate-only.
Because collagen remodeling occurs over time, treated areas may continue changing and improving over the following weeks and months. Longevity varies according to the individual, anatomy, treatment area, aging process, lifestyle and other factors.
EndoLift is often approached as a single treatment rather than a frequent series, but recommendations depend on your starting point and goals. Some patients may benefit from additional treatment or future maintenance as they continue to age. Dr. Cynthia determines this individually.
Which approach is right for you?
A concern such as a “double chin” can have different underlying causes. The appropriate treatment depends on what is contributing to the concern.
EndoLift
May be considered when the concern involves skin laxity, localized fat and/or loss of definition. EndoLift uses laser energy beneath the skin and can support collagen remodeling.
Chin Liposuction
May be recommended when excess fat underneath the chin is the dominant concern and more direct fat removal and contouring are appropriate.
Kybella
An injectable treatment designed to reduce submental fat. It may be an option for appropriately selected patients who have localized under-chin fat and prefer an injectable approach. It does not address every component of jawline aging or skin laxity, and multiple treatment sessions may be needed.
Combination Treatment
For certain patients, Dr. Cynthia may recommend Chin Liposuction together with EndoLift when both fat reduction and skin or tissue tightening need to be addressed.
What is actually causing your concern?
What looks like a double chin may involve excess fat, loose skin, anatomy, loss of jawline definition — or a combination. Your consultation allows Dr. Cynthia to evaluate what’s contributing to the concern and recommend the approach that makes the most sense for your anatomy and goals.
Let Dr. Cynthia Help You DecideYour treatment deserves clinical judgment.
Pure Radiance does not ask patients to select procedures based solely on what they see online. The recommendation should come from an evaluation, not an algorithm.
