As Director of Practice Operations & Patient Experience, Adriana oversees the day-to-day coordination of the practice, helping ensure that every detail contributes to a welcoming, efficient, and thoughtfully managed environment.

Her background as a Medical Assistant complements her operational expertise, allowing her to understand both the clinical and personal sides of patient care.

Known for her resourcefulness, positive energy, and ability to find solutions, Adriana plays an important role in creating the supportive culture that defines Pure Radiance.

Outside the practice, Adriana enjoys spending time with friends, horseback riding, and exploring her appreciation for food and wine.

For the past five years, Katia Brito has been an important part of the Pure Radiance team, bringing dedication, warmth, and a genuine passion for beauty and skincare to her work.

As a Medical Assistant and DMK Paramedical Skin Therapist, Katia works closely with Dr. Cynthia, supporting aesthetic procedures and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their experience.

Her commitment to continually expanding her knowledge reflects her desire to provide thoughtful support and share what she learns with others.

For Katia, one of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing patients grow more confident in their own skin.

Outside Pure Radiance, she enjoys painting, curating her shoe collection, and taking time to relax and recharge.
